Last day of Chinese School. There was a graduation ceremony. Besides getting my graduation certificate, I also got an award. It's called the Best Conduct Award - the teacher said I always lended things to other people when they had forgotten theirs and for making sure every other student is doing OK. I was just being myself.... :)

Our last full day in Seattle. Of course, we have to visit the tulips fields. To finish it off, dinner at Old Spaghetti Factory and hanging out at my cousins' place until past midnight.

2 goals for today - (1) a surprise visit to the American Girl store (which was only 5 minutes away from where we were staying) for Jocelyn. Her doll got her hair done. (2) Spend time hanging out with cousins. Missions accomplished!

Kids had fun waiting to board the ferry to Victoria. But then once we boarded, Colin didn't want to get out of the car and onto the deck. Meanwhile, Jocelyn had fun exploring every corner of the boat. Victoria/Butchart Gardens was great. We were surprised the kids enjoyed it so much even though there was lots of walking. We were also thankful that the weather cooperated until the end.
