Oy, cute pic, as always.
Just be careful and DO NOT make a TV-dinner kid out of her. She needs to learn to focus on bonding with the family and to renourish her body during meal times. Having the TV "as a main course" really doesn't help.
Gung Gung told Kau Fu that Jocelyn is really good in "overseeing" everything around her (the story about how she checks and double-checks if everyone is wearing the seat belt and sitting up properly in the van). Try assigning her to make sure that the TV is off during meal time. Cousin Alexander knows the drill and is responsible for turning off, sometimes reluctantly, the TV right before dinner starts.

Our last full day in Seattle. Of course, we have to visit the tulips fields. To finish it off, dinner at Old Spaghetti Factory and hanging out at my cousins' place until past midnight.

2 goals for today - (1) a surprise visit to the American Girl store (which was only 5 minutes away from where we were staying) for Jocelyn. Her doll got her hair done. (2) Spend time hanging out with cousins. Missions accomplished!

Kids had fun waiting to board the ferry to Victoria. But then once we boarded, Colin didn't want to get out of the car and onto the deck. Meanwhile, Jocelyn had fun exploring every corner of the boat. Victoria/Butchart Gardens was great. We were surprised the kids enjoyed it so much even though there was lots of walking. We were also thankful that the weather cooperated until the end.
